Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine have been used for centuries to cure inflammation in the immune system. This ancient practice utilizes needles to unblock any stagnant energy within the body, which helps to reduce inflammation. In addition, traditional Chinese medicine works to balance the body’s systems by using herbs and dietary change so that the body is better able to fight off diseases that cause inflammation. By employing a blend of acupuncture and other, more natural techniques like dietary shifts, practitioners are able to reduce inflammation in the body and bolster one’s immunity.
